Privacy policy

Last updated 22 July 2026 · Noetic Local is a trading name of Simplyleverage Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15344501 ("we", "us").

Who this covers

This notice covers two groups: business owners who enquire with us (through our website, our adverts, or by phone), and people who call or message a business that uses our answering and callback service. If you reached an AI assistant when you called a tradesperson, that assistant may have been provided by us, working on that business's behalf.

What we collect

The automated call you asked for

If you ticked the box on one of our forms asking our AI assistant to ring you, that call is made with your consent, which you gave by ticking an unticked box that named us and described the call. We keep a record of that consent. You can withdraw it at any time by saying "stop" on the call, replying STOP to any text, or emailing us. We never make automated marketing calls to people who have not asked for them.

Why we process your data (lawful bases)

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers who make the service run: our telephone and messaging platforms, our AI voice and text providers, our scheduling and database systems, and, where you contacted a tradesperson, that business (which is the data controller for your enquiry to them; we act as their processor). Our current sub-processors include HighLevel (CRM and calendars), TeamFollowUp AI (voice calls), CloseBot (text messaging), Twilio (telephony), Supabase (database), and Meta (advertising, if you arrived via an advert). We do not sell personal data.

Where it lives and how long

Data is stored in the UK or European Economic Area wherever the supplier makes that possible; where a supplier processes data outside the UK, transfers are covered by the UK's international data transfer safeguards. Enquiry records and recordings are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Suppression records are kept indefinitely, because that is what stops us contacting you again.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent, by emailing aselabey12@gmail.com. We respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and advertising

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to measure advertising (including the Meta pixel). Your browser settings control these; the site works without them.
